Maricopa Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization supporting Maricopa Integrated Health System, Arizona’s only public health care system. The Foundation raises private funds to improve accessibility, quality of health care, and patient comfort for all those who live in Maricopa County and beyond.

Since its founding in 1995, MHF has directly impacted thousands of MIHS patients each year. Through fundraising events and educational outreach we strengthen MIHS, a vital community resource which provides diversified medical services to all, offers excellent training for future health care providers, performs cutting-edge research, and serves as a safety net for the underserved.

Medical Education
As Arizona’s only public teaching and training hospital, Maricopa Medical Center plays a major role in teaching Arizona’s next generation of medical professionals.
Community Outreach
While Maricopa Medical Center may be the most visible landmark of MIHS, keeping people out of the hospital through prevention is clearly the most efficient and cost effective way of keeping people well.
Patient Support
We provide direct support to the patients who need it most and often have nowhere else to turn. Enhancing the quality of medical care and level of comfort for patients and their families during periods of intense hardship makes an enormous impact on this lives of those affected.
Medical Research
We actively support the grants and research team at MIHS who performs a wide variety of cutting edge research, including clinical trials, evidence-based medicine, and collaborative research projects with institutional partners.
